The Customer Experience Associate plays an irreplaceable role in our success. Red Rabbit is seeking a passionate team member to be an advocate for our customers and to help find solutions to serve the best meals to NYC kids.

Build strong relationships with school partners and anticipate their needs
Quickly and thoroughly identify problems and follow up with customers
Work with customer service and leadership team to develop initiatives that improve customer experience
Understand operations, menus and partners to quickly dispatch customer oriented solutions
Build an excitement around food, healthy lifestyles and engaging with people
A trustworthy, attentive, energetic and imaginative team member
Tactful, and graceful communicator – intuitively finding the right tone in every situation
Computer savvy and can troubleshoot common issues, salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to efficiently multi-task on a regular basis; managing priorities and owning customer issues until the customer is satisfied
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about food, children and improving the food system
Impeccable attention to detail
Skills and Abilities
2-3 years experience in customer facing role
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business or social sciences
Skills: Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills. Strong computer skills and proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google products are required.
Hours: 7am – 3:30pm
